Artlantis is software that can be used to create high-quality rendering of VR images, animations, and panoramas. This program has basic functions for creating three-dimensional objects and scenes, but it is intended for high-quality post-processing and rendering. Using this program, you can change objects, surfaces, or details of a 3D scene, add materials (shaders) by dragging and dropping them onto objects from the catalog. You can use your own images as materials in this program.
This program allows you to create realistic images, set and change the optical properties of finishing materials, adjust perspectives and natural and artificial light sources, create virtual reality scenes, and edit motion trails for animated videos. Create a QuickTime VR file. Using QuickTime VR, you can create interactive presentations for the Web, where, for example, the designer himself can set the desired level of display accuracy and resolution, and interactive DOF allows you to achieve the desired focus.
Artlantis Studio allows users to animate objects as well as directly exchange data with ArchiCAD, VectorWorks, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Arc +. The import function supports several file formats used in CAD, including DXF, DWG, and 3DS. The simple interface provides access to tools including sharing Postcard files. PostCard technology allows you to create material lists or material catalogs from conventional bitmap images.

Viewing a 3D model taking into account light reflection from the surface! The updated rendering engine allows you to get a high-quality view of your project, taking into account light reflection from walls, floors, ceilings and other building objects. And due to the fact that the preview window image is recreated in real time, you will get better and more desirable still images after the final rendering of the 3D model.
- Imitation of the horizon
In the new version of Artlantis, all of the project’s lighting sources have been significantly redesigned. Thanks to the introduction of new source types (“physical sky”, sun, moon, and stars), all visible elements illuminate other objects in the project via the global illumination function. In addition, the various types of clouds (cirrus, cumulonimbus and stratus) will no doubt only add realism to the horizon, and therefore to your project as well.
- Automatic exposure adjustment
Thanks to the new technology of automatic exposure adjustment, Artlantis dynamically adjusts the level of scene illumination: from the early dawn sun fog to the evening sky, depending on the external or internal visualization. And this, in turn, leads to improved image and animation quality.
- Built-in image post-processing
Additional processing for the received still image is required. There’s no point in using additional software – everything you need is right there at Artlantis. The new version of the program has a function for processing raster images – adjusting the brightness, contrast and color tables of the final image. And by adding grain, contour lines or pastel surfaces to your image, you can achieve fantastic stylistic results. All changes are immediately displayed in the preview window, and the effects can be used individually or in groups.
- Preparing the shader (Shader)
The new version of Artlantis has new tools for automatic texture creation. From now on, shaders receive new properties: specular reflections, sparkles, blur effects, raster overlay adjustments … all to improve texture quality. This function is primarily aimed at experienced program users – they can now independently configure the shader library via the program interface.
- Rich collection of textures and objects
With 25 additional CD collections of textures and objects, Artlantis users can quickly launch and set up a realistic environment by simulating real-life scenes in a virtual world. With the release of the new version of Artlantis, 5 additional CDs with the family for Artlantis were released: animated 3D models of people, people billboards, cars, stone and marble floors. New shaders and objects add realism to your scene, and elements are very easy to manipulate with dra technology.
